“1321”教育システムにより理論と実践を確実に結びつけることができます。本学院は従来の教育システムを大きく改善し、1学年を3学期に分け、うち2学期を理論教育、残り1学期を実践教育にあてています。

大学生創業センター??“SOVO”（Students Office & Venture Office）は東軟技術学院の革新教育モデルの重要な一部分です。申請が通った学生は、SOVOにてバーチャルカンパニーを設立し、それぞれ“取締役会”を設置し、V-CEOがカンパニーを組織、管理、及び運営します。また社内では、学生が交替でそれぞれの役職を担います。これらのバーチャルカンパニーは、学院e-Learning研究開発センター、東軟創業投資公司、大連ソフトウェアパーク創業投資基金などのベンチャー投資を受けることができます。
The undergraduate Start-up center
The undergraduate Start-up center?“SOVO”(students office & venture office) is the most important section of the innovative education module of Neusoft IIT. Through strict engagement and selection, “SOVO” organizes and adds applicants into the “virtual company”. There even is a “ Board of Director” set up. The V-CEO is responsible for the management of the “virtual company” and the students are given opportunities to take different posts. The Virtual Company is not only a simulation, but rather, a business supported by the Institute e-Learning R&D Center on projects and financially backed by Neusoft Venture Capital Company, Dalian Software Park Venture Capital Fund. Eventually the Undergraduate “Start-Up”。

学生はノートパソコンを使って、寮・キャンパス内の全ての場所から“バーチャル実験室”や“移動実験室”に入室できます。中ではオンライン学習やカリキュラム実践、WEBによるバーチャル実験室システム（LabForm）を設置し、BBS、e-mailを通した教師と学生のコミュニケーションを図ります。

Our students, by use of their laptops, can make easy access to the “virtual laboratory” and “ mobile distributed laboratory” for online study and practical exercise through any net portal on the campus and student’s dorms. The LabForm based on WEB Intelligence Agent ensures the effective interaction between teachers and students by BBS and emails.
