More than seventy new employees of branch companies of ALPS Group including ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD., ALPINE ELECTRONICS.INC., ALPS Unified System Co., ltd held a exchange meeting with the theme of “Cooperate and Exchange to achieve mutual development” with the students of Neusoft IIT who was twice awarded the ALPS Scholarship in the world report hall of Dalian Neusoft IIT. Manager of Dalian Development Center of ALPINE Electronics. INC and other leaders of Dalian ALPS Co., ltd, Dalian ALPS Electric Co., ltd and ALPINE Electronics, Inc attended the party. Besides, Wang Chen, Vice President and other relative leaders of Neusoft IIT attended this meeting.

     Japan ALPS Group is a global enterprise taking the three companies of ALPS Electric, ALPS Logistics and ALPINE as the key pillars, it has 94 subsidiary enterprises and 17 relevant enterprises in 20 countries around the world. ALPS Group launched its business in China in 1984, and it was one of the earliest transnational enterprises to enter the Chinese market. It devoted to producing the comprehensive electronic units of the multimedia equipment and systems, the auto audio appliances and navigation system of the automobile as well as the research of mobile multimedia, and offer systematic logistics service for electronic unit products. China has already had more than 20 sites producing and selling its products and set up a complete production and marketing network.

    In1991, ALPS cooperated with Northeastern University and established Shenyang Neusoft Software Co., ltd. It’s China’s first software company listed in China’s stock market integrating software development and sales. ALPS Group was the strategic partner of Neusoft Group for many years and both sides have good and close relationship. The scholarship was set up to express ALPS’s appreciation for the Dalian government’s support of ALPS Group and Masataka Kataoka，President of ALPS Electric’s award as “Honorary Citizen of Dalian”. The decision of setting up a scholarship at Neusoft IIT aims to encourage its students who have good character and high academic abilities so they can contribute to the development of China’s IT industry.

    The establishment of “ALPS Group Scholarship” fully expressed not only ALPS’s respect to talents and “Human-oriented ” culture, but also Masataka Kataoka’s love and sincere support of Dalian’s IT undertaking as an honorary citizen. There has been a strong relationship between the group and the people of Dalian. As Neusoft’s first scholarship donated by enterprise, its birth will become a dazzling navigation mark for Dalian’s Japanese-oriented software cooperation.

    The new personnel of Japanese ALPS Group visited the Neusoft IIT guided by students of Neusoft IIT. The modern IT institute impressed the Japanese employees profoundly. They focus more attention on Neusoft’s excellent students that were born from the new talents training pattern while admiring the elegant buildings; at the communicative meeting in the world report hall, the Japanese employees and these students participated in many activities such as English speeches and interactive games, etc, and they communicated fervidly and the atmosphere was very lively.

    “ALPS Group Scholarship” is the first enterprise scholarship project in the history of Neusoft IIT and it’s very significant in the institute’s process. It not only played a very positive role in promoting the construction of the style of study, encouraging and conducting students but also reflected the fruit of training high-quality personnel. The institute attracted transnational enterprises’ attention and support. Excellent talents of the institute have become a target resource for trans-corporation and the institute’s brand effect has been more and more obvious day by day.

    It was said that many famous domestic and overseas companies had expressed their intent of setting up scholarship and cultivating customized talents in the Neusoft IIT, and some cooperations have started. We firmly believe that Neusoft’s internationalized, practical, individualized IT talents will offer a qualified and efficient human resource guaranteeing the development of China’s IT companies.

   The young people of both China and Japan that will become promising engineers in the field of information and electronics expect to contribute more for the development of ALPS Group and Neusoft Group while deepening their understanding and promoting friendship through communicative meeting.
