Neusofts 2003 graduates obtained employment in a two-way choice
interview, which was held in A316. Over 30 companies sent out
order forms offering over 300 employment places in various positions
in software development, project management, network maintenance,
formation consultation, market, management and so on.
This graduates of Neusoft IIT are the
students from our two-year top-up program and bi-degree program
which entered the school in 2001, of which 174 is from top-up
program and 13 from bi-degree program. There are 80 students
that major in computer science and technology and 107 students
that major in information technology and business management.
Some of the students had some working experience before they
entered the school. So through two more years¡¯ education in
the new-type IT institute, they can not only get overall training
on IT knowledge, but also get the specialized and systematized
training on the ability of applying IT knowledge, the ability
of business management, ability of communication and the ability
of using English and Japanese.
Specialized training has brought up specialized
talents, specialized talents have attracted the Bole that discerning
eyes can tell greatness from mediocrity. Some foreign-investment
companies such as GE, DELL, Edge Software Development Co., Ltd.,
Zoontech Data Communication Co., ltd and some famous domestic
companies such as CNC, Dalian Huaxin Computer Co., ltd, Yi Da
Group Co., ltd and Dalian Shide Group come to Neusoft IIT to
seek for excellent talents.

who major in computer science with excellent Japanese skills
are very typical and highly sought after. Only with higher salaries
can we attract their eyes.¡± Famous IT transnational companies
such as Dell and IBM consign Dalian Global Talent Consulting
Co., ltd and DLSP to recruit talents for them.

opinions, a student from our top-up program said: ¡° It¡¯s the
first time that I came to the job-search meeting. I will choose
the company depending on its surroundings and its developing
trend in the future because the developing trend of the company
is also my developing trend for the future. Of course, it¡¯s
a two-way choice, so I must perfect myself so as to equip myself
with enough competence to choose a company. Young people should
have pathbreaker's spirit. The reason why I want to choose a
bigger company is that the system of it is more perfect and
can make me mature more quickly, which is a benefit for my future
development.

Neusoft IIT is the cradle of the internationalized, pragmatic
and individualized IT talents, like an IT talent monopoly shop.

Administrative Management Sitkill Consulting Co., Ltd. of General
Electric ( Dalian )said to a journalist: "At present we
have received more than 30 resumes, of which the majority is
very satisfying. It can be said that they have passed the first
interview. Among them the speech and behavior of seven graduates
are very correct. They have a very good communicative ability
and a positive attitude. The foreign language communication
skills of Neusoft¡¯s students are very good. Generally speaking,
overall qualities show their talent. " We see that a "
consultant " nearby is talking to an applicant in English.
On asking about the GE¡¯s standard on choosing talent, Mr. Zheng
from the company said that the basic requirements for an individual
is language and specialized technique, but the most important
ones are is sincerity and creativity. This is not only GE¡¯s
standard of choosing talent but of all companies.
According to the preliminary statistics,
in the 2003 graduates two-way choice interview, 90% of the graduates
have received an interview notice from the enterprises, as much
as 70%graduates have received some form of intent for employment,
and some of the graduates have reached employment intent with
the enterprises already.
