● SUN On November 3, 2002, the Signing Ceremony for initiating the NS University between Neusoft and SUN was held. It was seen as another offspring from the cooperation between the two parties. Headquartered in IIT (Dalian), NS University will embody the philosophy of a Virtual University in the sense that the operation would provide globe level Internet courses and certificates.

● IBM On October 25, 2002, the signing ceremony for Cultivating the Centurial Elites assisted with the Top Class techs between IIT and IBM was held in Dalian. The agreement for joint education between IIT and IBM and the purchase of 3,800 Thinkpads marked the deep exploration of the IT education, the already successful practices of digitalizing the campus and the IBM Thinkpad Project.

● Alpines On November 6, 2002, the signing ceremony for Alpines Scholarship sponsored by Alpines was held in IIT (Dalian). The agreement stipulated that no more than 20 students would be awarded the scholarship of 8,000 RMB per year.

● OBUNSHA On March 16, 2003, the signing ceremony for the education cooperation between Neusoft and OBUNSHA was held at Dalian IIT. With the agreement, Neusoft would introduce a series of online P College courses developed by OBUNSHA as well as CASEC which developed by its affiliated companies.

● SAP On April 2, 2003, the joint announcement was made by both Neusoft and SAP to start up a full-scale cooperation. Among all of the strategic plans, the main content was to provide training services to Chinese enterprises and make more contributions in supplying a huge amount of professional talent for computerized enterprises. The SAP training center was realized and thus IIT would become the ninth university supported by the Seeding Project.
