The IIT is quite concerned about the cooperation and communication with globally prestigious IT firms such as SUN, IBM, ORACLE, CISCO, TOSHIBA, Smartforce, Sony and INTEC since their foundations are integrating the diverse resources from Northeastern University, Neusoft and Dalian Software Park and forming firm strategic relationships with well known companies from Japan, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the U.S. As for the case of diploma education, we are in a promising relationship with Northeastern University and Dalian Institute of Foreign Languages and are expecting to bring out the compound computer talents. In the case of NLEC, we are the first authorized training center in Northeast China for SUN, Oracle and SCO products and service providers. In this process, a fairly good relationship has been established with Microsoft, IBM, CISCO, Toshiba, Skillsoft, BEA, INTEC and SAP. In the case of E-learning, the NOU was put forward and an extensive cooperation was made between Japan Obunsha, Skillsoft and Toshiba in the field of courseware.

      All the efforts brought many attentions from high-level leaders in China such as Lilanqing, Wuyi, Huangju, Jiatsinglin and Zhouji who paid visits to the IIT consecutively.
