by the State Ministry of Education, Neusoft Institute of
Information (Neusoft II) is co-founded by Northeastern University
and Neusoft Group blazing the innovative educational mechanism
and modes. As the independently run branch college of Northeastern
University, giving priority to engineering subjects, with
business and arts subjects compatible, Neusoft II is presently
running Computer Science and Technology Department, Information
Technology and Business Management Department, Digital Art
Department, Foreign Language Department and so on. Neusoft
II offers full-time bachelor degree education to the students
enrolled in the plan of the State higher learning institution’s
student enrollment.
Moreover, Neusoft Group, in collaboration
with Dalian Software Park, has invested Dalian Neusoft Vocational
Institute of Information Technology, Nanhai Neusoft Vocational
Institute of Information Technology and Chengdu Neusoft
Vocational Institute of Information Technology. Dalian Neusoft
Vocational Institute of Information Technology is now acting
as one of the specialized IT higher learning institutions
authorized by Liaoning People’s Government, the first model
software institute in Liaoning Province, one of the first
35 national model software vocational institutes, as well
as one of the chairman units of China Model Software Vocational
Institute Association and was chosen as “ one of the most
potential private-run higher learning institutions in China”.
From 2004, our institute, in collaboration
with Dalian Foreign Languages University, offers English
or Japanese language oriented degree-conferring education
in computer and its collateral fields. Except domestic,
we have developed multi-level and multi-manner academic
cooperation with the University of Adelaide, Swinburne University
of Technology, University of Technology Sydney and Korean
Chungkang College of Cultural Industries for 2+2, 3+1 articulation
programs. For partners from industry, IBM, SUN, Skillsoft,
BEA, SAP, HP, Cisco, Toshiba, Matsushita Electric Works
Information Systems Co., Ltd. have all established educational
cooperation with us.
As the first specialized IT higher
learning institution in China, the first “Notebook” university,
our institute has cultivated student-centered, career-driven,

export base, our campus covers an area of 500,000 square
meter, totaling an construction area of 350,000 square meter
and the number of full-time students will be 10000 in this
